Welcome to PoolLift Milpitas Pool Services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before scheduling any pool cleaning or maintenance services with us.
Services Provided
PoolLift Milpitas Pool Services provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to residential customers in Milpitas, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool inspections.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel scheduled appointments if we determine that conditions are unsafe or beyond the scope of our expertise. You will be notified as soon as possible if this occurs.
Scheduling and Cancellation
When you book a service with us, you are agreeing to be present or provide access to your pool area on the scheduled date and time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (408) 541-9071 or emailing hi@milpitaspoolservice.com.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For weekly service plans, payment is collected on the first service of each month.
If payment is not received within 15 days of the service date, a late fee may be applied. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid in full.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing safe and clear access to your pool area. This includes securing pets, notifying us of any hazards, and ensuring gate access codes or keys are provided if needed.
You should inform us of any special requirements, equipment issues, or concerns before we begin work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that were not disclosed to us prior to service.
Liability and Insurance
PoolLift Milpitas Pool Services carries liability insurance to protect both our team and your property. While we take every precaution to prevent damage, we are not liable for damage to pools or equipment that results from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or manufacturer defects.
We are not responsible for any items left in or around the pool area, including but not limited to pool toys, furniture, or personal belongings. Please remove or secure valuable items before our arrival.
Warranties and Guarantees
We guarantee that all services will be performed professionally and to industry standards. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.
For equipment repairs and replacements, manufacturer warranties apply. We do not provide warranties beyond those offered by equipment manufacturers.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We will notify regular customers of any significant changes by email or through our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
